Why blended breadcrumbs are becoming increasingly important
Breadcrumbs have been the foundation of our portfolio for decades. At the same time, we have observed a clear trend over the years: demand for customized blended breadcrumbs, batter mixes, and tempura batters continues to grow.
The reason is straightforward. Food manufacturers are looking for solutions that give products a distinctive identity—whether through unique ingredients, a striking appearance, or a specific flavor profile.
To meet this growing demand, we expanded our capacities and built our new blending facility in Nettetal. Today, blended products are produced there on a significantly larger scale and with a high degree of flexibility.
The starting point, however, is often the same: an idea. At our technical center in Neuss, we work closely with customers to develop new concepts under real production conditions and bring ideas to production readiness.
From classic breadcrumbs to complex coating systems, the range of possibilities continues to grow. And with it, the opportunities for creating new products.
