Different breadcrumbs for different applications
The requirements for breadcrumbs vary depending on the specific breaded dish on your plate.
Fish sticks often have a slightly reddish hue, while chicken nuggets tend to be golden yellow. Some coatings need to be compact and robust, others light and extra crispy.
That is why at BRATA we differentiate between different breadcrumb qualities:
🔸 Traditional – dense breadcrumbs with strong crunch and a firm bite
🔸 Ultracrunch – looser structure, extra crispy and highly versatile
🔸 Master Crumb – open-structured like panko, extra light and maximally crunchy
In addition, color, particle size, and ingredients for mixed breading can be customized. This creates breadcrumbs that not only match visually, but also deliver exactly the taste you expect.
