BRATA explained: our dosing station

With “BRATA Explained”, we regularly open the doors to our production and show the technology behind our breadcrumbs and coating systems.

This time in focus: the dosing station in our new blending facility in Nettetal, which is about to be commissioned.

Several big bag stations allow larger quantities of raw materials such as cornflakes, sesame, tortilla pieces, herbs, or spices to be added to the mixing process. There are separate manual filling stations for smaller components. The system is complemented by a storage container that supplies breadcrumbs directly from the existing production line.
