This time, it’s not about breadcrumbs or coating systems, but about the foundation everything is built on: safety.
Fire protection is not a side topic in food production. It protects employees, equipment, and raw materials – and ensures that processes can be safely and systematically shut down in case of an emergency.

Multiple production halls require clearly separated fire protection sections. Every opening is secured with a fire protection door that closes automatically in the event of an alarm. The number and placement of fire extinguishers and fire detectors are precisely planned in advance and coordinated with the authorities.

This week, the final inspection by the fire department was successfully completed – without any deficiencies.
