Asian cuisine 🥢 is defined by characteristic flavors: aromatic curry, sweet chili, and of course soy sauce.

We’ve now incorporated this classic soy sauce flavor into a blended breadcrumbs concept. Slightly salty and seasoned, with the characteristic aroma of fermented soybeans, it gives the final product a bold umami note.

There are two product approaches:

1️⃣ Flour Breader
The flour-based coating creates a rustic home-style appearance and is particularly well suited for applications such as chicken. Both 1-step and 3-step processes are possible.

2️⃣ Coating system
Here, the soy sauce flavor comes from the pre-dust and batter mix. The outer coating can then be freely tailored in terms of color, appearance, and texture.
